Along a spiritual journey, the ups and downs of everyday life reveal much deeper phases of growth and expansion, where each and every encounter acts as either a clearing of the past or an up leveling into a brand-new dimension of consciousness. This allows each encounter, outcome, and circumstance to become a gift of evolution, even when disguised as pain, discomfort, judgment, rejection, frustration, anger, fear, sadness, loneliness, apathy, or boredom.
Whenever confronted by such feelings, you can always reveal the gift being offered, simply by saying: “Thank you for this gift. I receive it fully.”
