Tantra: Saying Yes to Life ~ Rabia Erduman

Tantra is an ancient Eastern spiritual path. It utilizes the Chakra System and the merging of the feminine and masculine energies for awakening. The basic understanding is that sexual energy is sacred, that it is the seed of spiritual energy. The word "Tantra" in Sanskrit means "Expansion" or "Weaving." It invites us to include everything, not to reject anything. The Tantric path is about saying "yes" to life.

"Thank You for this Gift. I Receive it Fully." ~ Matt Kahn

Along a spiritual journey, the ups and downs of everyday life reveal much deeper phases of growth and expansion, where each and every encounter acts as either a clearing of the past or an up leveling into a brand-new dimension of consciousness. This allows each encounter, outcome, and circumstance to become a gift of evolution, even when disguised as pain, discomfort, judgment, rejection, frustration, anger, fear, sadness, loneliness, apathy, or boredom.

Whenever confronted by such feelings, you can always reveal the gift being offered, simply by saying: “Thank you for this gift. I receive it fully.”

How often do we go about our days feeling things within our body and trying to figure them out yet never really find the answers? We might go to a doctor and explain what’s going on. We might say we have tightness in our shoulders, pain in our knees, constant stomach or abdomen issues or maybe pains in our feet. There’s no doubt that sometimes these things can truly be the result of something we did physically or something we might have eaten etc, but there is also a lot to say about our state of mind and our emotions and how this translates in our physicality.
