"Thank You for this Gift. I Receive it Fully." ~ Matt Kahn

Along a spiritual journey, the ups and downs of everyday life reveal much deeper phases of growth and expansion, where each and every encounter acts as either a clearing of the past or an up leveling into a brand-new dimension of consciousness. This allows each encounter, outcome, and circumstance to become a gift of evolution, even when disguised as pain, discomfort, judgment, rejection, frustration, anger, fear, sadness, loneliness, apathy, or boredom.

Whenever confronted by such feelings, you can always reveal the gift being offered, simply by saying: “Thank you for this gift. I receive it fully.”

Repeating this mantra in the presence of pain, discomfort, judgment, rejection, frustration, anger, fear, sadness, loneliness, apathy, or boredom doesn’t make it go away, but transmutes the intensity that cause the gifts within it to be overlooked. While you can contemplate how something is or isn’t a gift until the end of time, it is far easier and more miraculous to merely affirm each outcome, experience, or circumstance as a gift, and allow it to reveal the next stage of mastery within you. As always, please take each step at whatever pace best serves the beauty of your innocence.

When ready, you can even take this insight a step further by recalling moments of pain, discomfort, rejection, judgment, betrayal, frustration, anger, fear, sadness, loneliness, apathy, or boredom from the past. What would happen if you visualized the face of whomever you believe to be the cause of such experiences and allowed yourself to say:

"Thank you for this pain. I receive it fully."
"Thank you for this discomfort. I receive it fully."
"Thank you for this rejection. I receive it fully."
"Thank you for this judgment. I receive it fully."
"Thank you for this betrayal. I receive it fully."
"Thank you for this frustration. I receive it fully.”
"Thank you for this anger. I receive it fully.”
"Thank you for this fear. I receive it fully.”
"Thank you for this sadness. I receive it fully.”
"Thank you for this loneliness. I receive it fully.”
“Thank you for this apathy. I receive it fully.”
“Thank you for this boredom. I receive it fully.”
“Thank you for this betrayal. I receive it fully.”
"Thank you for this loss. I receive it fully.”
“Thank you this disappointment. I receive it fully.”
"Thank you for this inconvenience. I receive it fully."
"Thank you for this unexpected change. I receive it fully."
"Thank you for this healing. I receive it fully."
“Thank you for giving back my power. I receive it fully.”

In a bold, courageous, and radically heart-centered way, you may begin to see how outcomes, circumstances, thoughts, or feelings do not determine the nature of your experience. Instead the climate of your experience is determined by how aware you of the gifts being offered and how deeply you allow each one to be received.

To an awakening soul who is willing to face unavoidable pain from the past, difficulties in the present, or even concerns about the future with the phrase, “Thank you for this gift. I receive it fully”, each moment of apparent turmoil unravels to reveal a moment of energetic healing or vibrational activation, no matter how each character is used to reveal the light of your highest potential. When a tendency to judge, blame, avoid, or deny becomes a willingness to appreciate, embrace, and receive each moment as a gift of eternal grace, the plight of victimhood transforms into the arrival of your divine destiny.

From this space, you are able to learn one of the most overlooked insights in the evolution of consciousness. It is daring to recognize that while it is wonderful to be relaxed and comfortable, you don’t have to be comfortable, in order to be relaxed and aligned in the ecstasy of divine will. Instead, you can affirm each experience, whether judged as good, bad, or otherwise to be a gift you acknowledge and are willing to receive.

In doing so, insurmountable odds, unexpected change, or even the change you desire that you cannot seem to control can bring forth your highest self into form without overwhelming your nervous system, stressing your body, or scaring your innocence along the way.

As always, even when the gifts being received feel overwhelming, stressful, or scary, can each moment be recognized as a chance to release judgments around each feeling, as you harmonize with less popular emotions by allowing each one to embraced? In order to love what arises, each experience must be welcomed as a gift, knowing any time a gift isn’t apparent or even refused, it merely creates a deeper opportunity to love the one who is here to be healed, awakened, and transformed by the power of your embrace. This is the heart of awakening.
